When does the marketplace open?
Soon. Everyone on the waiting list hears first, by email or WhatsApp.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The waiting list and your own Purzle shop are free. On the marketplace you pay a commission only when you sell.
What are the fees on the marketplace?
3.75% of each sale. Founding vendors pay 1.95% for their first 6 months. Your own Purzle shop has no fee.
What can I sell?
Fashion, beauty, accessories, made-to-measure clothing, digital products and services such as makeup or tailoring, as long as it's allowed by our terms.
Do I need a registered business?
No. You need a valid ID, a phone number and an address. Some categories may need extra documents.
Can I sell services and take bookings?
Yes. Customers book a time with you, and you manage your calendar in the vendor app.
